GAINESVILLE, TX–JUNE 26, 2026– Responding to strong interest from owners, the premier online Racing Quarter Horses marketplace introduces a $500 catalog fee and 5% commission — with no catalog fee due up front. Entries close July 20.
Fastrack Sale Company announced its August Mixed Sale and a new consignment format built in direct response to owner demand. After fielding growing interest from owners who want access to the platform, Fastrack has restructured its terms to a $500 catalog fee and a 5% commission — and the catalog fee is not due up front as long as original registration papers and a signed transfer are included with the entry.
Consignors may still work with an approved Fastrack agent, or — for the first time — qualified owners can now consign directly. Direct consignment is granted on merit, based on an owner’s ability to produce quality photos and video and to meet deadlines, ensuring the standard of the ring stays as high as ever.

Since its launch, Fastrack has heard consistently from owners who wanted a way onto the platform — and the new structure opens that door while keeping the standard of the sale high.
“We listened,” said Melanie Smith, co-founder of Fastrack Sale Company. “We have a lot of owners who want access to this platform, and we built a format that answers them. A $500 catalog fee, a 5% commission, and no catalog fee due up front when you send original papers with the entry — that’s us backing our consignors, not the other way around. The consignors have told us exactly what they want, and we’re delivering it.”
A format that works for consignors
The restructured terms are designed to remove friction for serious sellers. With the catalog fee deferred — owed only at settlement rather than at entry, provided original registration papers and a signed transfer accompany the consignment — owners can bring quality horses to a global stage without an up-front outlay.
A stage that has already proven itself
Owner demand follows results. Fastrack’s inaugural online sale averaged $47,160 on horses sold, grossed more than $1.39 million, and moved 78% of the catalog — with buyers participating from 36 states and five countries, including Brazil, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Few outlets put a consignment in front of that kind of reach.
Every horse in the August Mixed Sale receives the full Fastrack presentation: a modern digital catalog, complete pedigrees, and open access to radiographs and veterinary findings through a public repository. Each consignor manages presentation, inquiries, and private showings, while Fastrack markets the sale as a whole to a worldwide audience and verifies payment before any horse is released. It is the trust and accountability of a traditional sale, paired with the reach of a global platform.
Built for sellers who bring quality
The new format applies to consignments accepted for the August Mixed Sale, which continues Fastrack’s approved-consignment model — a deliberate filter that keeps the quality of the ring high. Consignors enter each horse online and they are approved through the office.
The August Mixed Sale is one of several sales Fastrack hosts throughout the year — alongside flash sales, dispersal sales, and recurring mixed sales — designed to keep a consistent, modern outlet open for quality horses between the traditional sale seasons.
Consignment for the August Mixed Sale closes July 20. To enter a horse or learn more, visit bit.ly/fastrackconsignmentcontract, download the Fastrack app for Apple or Android, or contact an approved agent.
