Grade 1 Winner Enforce To Retire To Burns Ranch For 2027

MENIFEE, CA—October 1, 2026

Grade 1 winner and AQHA Racing Champion Enforce SI 102, a member of one of the most accomplished families in Quarter Horse racing, will retire from racing at the conclusion of his 2026 campaign and enter stud at Burns Ranch near Menifee, California, for the 2027 breeding season.

Owned by West Texas Racing Partners, LLC, Enforce will stand for a fee of $5,000. The son of leading sire Favorite Cartel is a California-bred, and his foals will be eligible for the Azul Flight of the new $5 million Fuego Stallion Incentive program.

Enforce brings to the breeding shed a combination of championship racing ability and an extraordinary pedigree. The Grade 1 Golden State Million Futurity winner is a full brother to four major performers by Favorite Cartel, including three millionaires and leading young sire Cyber Monday.

His full brother Cyber Attack SI 101 earned three AQHA Racing Champion titles while banking $1,721,346. Cyber Attack won the $2 million Los Alamitos Two Million Futurity (G1) and Ruidoso Derby (G1), and placed in the Golden State Million Futurity (G1), Rainbow Futurity (G1) and Rainbow Derby (G1).

Another full brother, Bomb Cyclone SI 104, earned $1,446,063 while winning the Los Alamitos Two Million Futurity (G1), Los Alamitos Super Derby (G1) and Mr Jet Moore Handicap (G2).

Powerful Favorite SI 106, also a full brother, earned $1,226,875 during a 19-win career. His Grade 1 victories included the Los Alamitos Winter Derby, Brad McKinzie Winter Championship, All American Gold Cup, Robert L. Boniface Los Alamitos Invitational Championship and Go Man Go Handicap.

Enforce is also a full brother to Cyber Monday SI 98, winner of the Ruidoso Futurity (G1) and an earner of $528,428. Cyber Monday has continued the family's influence through the breeding shed and is 2026's leading second-crop sire of money earners.

Enforce earned his own championship credentials during a seven-start juvenile campaign in which he won three races and earned $606,079. His season was highlighted by victory in the Golden State Million Futurity (G1), and he was also a finalist in the Los Alamitos Two Million Futurity (G1).

Named AQHA Racing Champion Two-Year-Old Colt, Enforce has compiled a career record of three wins and three seconds from 10 starts through October 1, with earnings of $647,964. At 3, he has earned $41,885 and was a finalist in the All American Derby (G1).

Enforce is by Favorite Cartel SI 104, the Grade 1-winning son of Favorite Trick (TB) who has established himself among the industry's dominant sires. Through 12 crops of racing age, Favorite Cartel has sired 158 stakes winners, eight champions and the earners of more than $67.5 million.

His champions include Trane Station V SI 97 ($1,754,152), Cyber Attack SI 101 ($1,721,346), Cartel Jess Rockin SI 96 ($849,101), Tell Cartel SI 105 ($796,386) and Golden Boi SI 98 ($721,647).

The maternal side of Enforce's pedigree is equally distinguished.

He is out of Remember Me Rose SI 110, a Grade 1-winning daughter of Corona Cartel who earned $800,344 in North America and was named an AQHA Dam of Distinction. Remember Me Rose won the Ruidoso Derby (G1), Sunland Park Winter Futurity (G2), AQHA Juvenile Challenge Championship (G2) and Southwest Juvenile Championship. She was also second in the Rainbow Futurity (G1), The Championship at Sunland Park (G1) and Texas Classic Derby (G1).

Remember Me Rose has developed into the breed's premier producing mares. From 41 starters, she has produced 29 winners and 38 ROM, 10 stakes winners, with her offspring including an exceptional collection of Grade 1 performers who have earned $7,268,311.

In addition to Enforce, Cyber Attack, Bomb Cyclone, Powerful Favorite and Cyber Monday, she produced Runforyourlife SI 96, a $620,822 earner and winner of the Golden State Million Futurity (G1).

The family gives Enforce a particularly notable distinction entering stud: he is a Grade 1-winning champion from a mare who has produced five individual Grade 1 winners, including three runners with earnings exceeding $1 million, as well as a leading young sire.
