$100,0000 Bonus To Be Paid For Eagles Fly Higher Offspring in 2025

WAYNE, OK—MARCH 20, 2023—When the 2025 racing season rolls around the first crop of offspring to hit the racetrack of four-time graded stakes winning Eagles Fly Higher will all be vying for the chance at earning a $100,000 bonus.

In his first-year at stud, in 2022, co-owners Darling Farms and Valeriano Racing Stables LLC offered a breeding incentive to the highest-earning offspring sired by Eagles Fly Higher in 2023.

The bonus to the two-time champion son of One Famous Eagle will pay $100,000 to the "AQHA breeder of record" for the highest earning Eagles Fly Higher 2-year-old (foals of 2023) at the end of the 2025 racing season.

"This incentive is going to be paid out at the end of the 2025 racing year, regardless," said stallion co-owner Dan Darling. "With this incentive, there is not a requirement that a two-year-old must win any graded stakes or any stakes race for that matter for this bonus.  It simply goes to the horse with the most earnings that was sired by Eagles Fly Higher, and it will reward the breeder with this $100,000 bonus."

The connections of this sire have also announced that they will also offer another $100,000 bonus to the breeder of the highest earning Eagles Fly Higher offspring from the 2024 foal crop that will hit the track in 2026.

Standing at Royal Vista Ranch, LLC in Wayne, Oklahoma, Eagles Fly Higher retired in 2021 with earnings of $623,821.  The stallion is from the black-type-rich family of Champions of Champions winner and multiple stakes sire The Down Side SI 107 ($361,792) and Kindergarten Futurity(G1) winner Rev It Up SI 98 ($277,078), etc.

As a runner, Eagles Fly Higher won or placed in 20 races, and raced soundly through the age of five. He won the Sooner State Stakes(RG1), Mr. Jet Moore Stakes(G2), Eastex Stakes(G2)-twice, Prairie Meadows Championship Challenge (G2), Remington Park Juvenile and was second in the Texas Classic Futurity(G1), Downs At Albuquerque Championship H.(G1), and Canterbury Park Championship Challenge(G3).

Eagles Fly Higher was also third in the AQHA Challenge Championship S.(G1), Mighty Deck Three S.(G2), and Town Policy Stakes and a finalist in Refrigerator Invitational Championship S.(G1), Debbie Schauf Remington Park Invitational Championship S.(G1), Vessels Maturity(G1), Robert L Boniface Invitational Championship(G1), Sooner State Stakes (G1), Go Man Go Handicap(G1), Boyd Morris Memorial, Jack Brooks Stakes and Easy Jet Stakes.

He was named the AQHA Racing Champion Aged Stallion in 2020 and 2021.

"This is a unique and exciting opportunity for mare owners,” said Royal Vista Ranch, LLC Farm Manager Laura Erickson. “The exiting fact of the bonus offer is that someone is guaranteed to take home $100,000 no matter what.”
