OKLAHOMA CITY, OK–OCTOBER 11, 2022–Recipient 'Mare Forms' for the Oklahoma Breeders and Development Program are due Tuesday, November 1, 2023.

Foals being carried by recipient mares will not be Oklahoma Bred eligible if this form is nOt turned in by November 1. Breeders are urged to send in the form, even if they are not sure if the donor mare will be in the state or not.

Breeders may send a copy of the mares Coggins instead of drawing markings.

Recipient mares will be inspected at random starting 30 days prior to foals regardless of their location.
