WAYNE, OK—NOVEMBER 12, 2019—James Rach announced today their leading Quarter Horse sire Apollitical Jess will stand for a fee of $26,000 in 2020. The son of former leading sire Mr Jess Perry hit another milestone just last month when his offspring surpassed the $30 million mark in progeny earnings.
