WEATHERFORD, TX—NOVEMBER 13, 2017—Multiple stakes sire Mighty Corona SI 99, a brother to leading sire Valiant Hero, will stand the 2018 season at DLR Ranch near Weatherford, Texas. His fee has been set at $2,500 including shipping with in the US. Consideration will be given to approved mares and multiple bookings.
From a limited number of starters in five crops to race, Mighty Corona has sired 89 winners, 13 stakes horses, earners of $2.1 million with average earnings per starter of nearly $13,000.

Mighty Corona won or placed in five of six starts in two seasons and earned in excess of $312,000. He finished second in the Texas Classic Futurity(G1) and was a finalist in the All American Futurity(G1). The son of all-time leading sire First Down Dash was bred by Julianna Hawn Holt.
Owned by Pleasant Valley Ranch, Mighty Corona is a full brother to four-time Champion/All American Futurity winner Corona Cash SI 101 ($1,542,880), grade 1 winner and leading sire Valiant Hero SI 105 ($668,633), stakes winner and multiple stakes sire Corona Czech SI 93 ($125,759), stakes-placed Coco Corona SI 115 ($37,414), etc.
He is a half-brother to the #1 leading living sire of money earners Corona Cartel SI 96 ($557,142) and grade 1-placed multiple stakes sire Captain Courage SI 100 ($213,251).
Mighty Corona and his four brothers have sired earners of more than $85 million.
His dam, Corona Chick by Chicks Beduino, is a three-time AQHA Racing Champion and former Broodmare of the Year. She is a half-sister to millionaire and two-time champion Corona Kool ($1,296,797) and graded stakes sire Corona Cocktail ($214,718). She is the dam of 13 ROM, and 11 winners.
