Republic Anne Draws Rail Post for Wayne Brasher Memorial Stakes

PRESCOTT VALLEY, AZ—JUNE 5, 2021—Republic Anne, a stakes-placed daughter of world champion Apollitical Jess, will make her first start against aged runners in Tuesday’s 250-yard, $15,000 Wayne Brasher Memorial Stakes at Arizona Downs.

Republic Anne will be shortening in distance off of her second-place finish, a neck behind winner For The Irony, in the 350-yard, $77,093 Arizona QRA Turf Paradise Derby on April 19. The lone 3-year-old filly in the eight-horse field, the filly is trained by Jesus Olivas-Valenzuela for owner Jose Antonio De Santiago.

Republic Anne drew the rail post and will be ridden by Julian Serrano.
