SELMA, TX—AUGUST 29, 2020—Viva Le Don made it three in-a-row Saturday night while punching his ticket for the Bank of America Challenge Championship Night October 24th at The Downs at Albuquerque.
Under jockey Luis Vivanco, Viva Le Don caught multiple stakes winner Jordan Eagle at the wire in the $61,149 Bank of America Texas Challenge Championship Saturday at Retama Park. The win not only garnered the son of Rock Solid Jess a $29,352 payday, but also guaranteed him a starting spot in the $250,000-est. Grade 1 Bank of America Championship Challenge.
Racing for owner Rocky J Running Horses and trainer Tammy Kay Johnson, the graded stakes winner has won six of 20 starts and earned $330,289. He won the TQHA 550 Stakes(RG3) in his last start and the Tower Of The Americas Stakes on July 4th at Retama Park.

Graded stakes winner Jordan Eagle races for owner Javier Rosique. Trainer Alonso Neri conditions the son of One Famous Eagle from the multiple stakes producing Pyc Paint Your Wagon mare Pyc Prize Doll. Ridden by Manuel Urieta, Jr., Jordan Eagle picked up $12,536 to increase his earnings to $242,858. Winner of the TQHA Texas Classic(RG3) in his last start, Jordan Eagle was bred by Weetona Stanley.
Serendipity Rocks, another multiple graded winning Rock Solid Jess gelding, finished one-length back to earn $6,115 for third. Esteban Rubio trains the gray gelding for owner-breeder Sarah Huskey. Out of the Behold A Beduino mare Serendipity Rocks has earned $153,956.
Krash Course, Kas Tempting, Jess Paint Me Quick, Roseinante and Five Bar Stoli completed the field.
