Eye N Capo Late Enrolls in Challenge

AMARILLO, TX—MARCH 15, 2019—Owner Ruben Garcia Montemayor has enrolled his 5-year-old gelding Eye N Capo into the Bank of America Racing Challenge.

The $20,000 lifetime enrollment makes the son of Capo De Capi eligible to compete for the large purses featured exclusively for Bank of America Racing Challenge horses.

Eye N Capo was bred by Dee and Betty Raper and is out of the Mr Eye Opener mare Satisfeyen. He has made 17 starts, with 10 wins to his credit, including six stakes victories highlighted by his win in the 2016 Dash For Cash Futurity (G2). He has earned $495,910.

In 2016, world champion JRC Callas First was also a late enrollee into the program and tripled his nomination price in program earnings.

The Bank of America Racing Challenge has provided more racing opportunity for American Quarter Horses for a quarter century. It offers regional races around the world, as well as a year-end Championship night that showcases many of the best racehorses in the world. A one-time enrollment fee into the program allows a horse to compete in the program for its entire life.
