AJAX, ONT—JUNE 8, 2018—Carol and Dave McIntyre of Hampton, ON have two chances at a big win at Ajax Downs on Sunday in the first running of the new AQHA Bonus Challenge Final worth $22,000.
The couple, whose horses race under their Big Dog Stable, have the aptly named High Rate Of Run as well as Senator Woot competing against eight others at 300 yards.
High Rate Of Run, a 3-year-old daughter of leading third-crop sire High Rate Of Return, has won both of her starts in 2018 including one of the trials for the Bonus Challenge. Senator Wooten is an Oklahoma-bred filly by multiple stakes sire Louisiana Senator.
Carol McIntyre is the trainer of both the Big dog Stable starters.

Sunday's Ajax card of racing is the biggest of the year with over 70 horses competing in eight races. There will be activities and contests for kids trackside in addition to the popular outdoor barbecue.
