SUNLAND PARK, NM—MARCH 24, 2015—Executive Trust, a 4-year-old gray son of Executive Menace racing for Sherree Meridyth, will risk his win streak in Saturday’s 870-yard, $55,000-added Red Cell New Mexico Distance Challenge (G3) at Sunland Park.
Trained by Guadalupe Munoz Jr., Executive Trust has won his last three outs, all at the 870 distance, including the November 16, $55,000 King Rick Rack Stakes (G3) at Zia Park. The gelding drew post 4 and will be ridden by Ry Eikleberry on Saturday.
Other contenders include Gerardo Acosta’s Sensational Dash, a 7-year-old Streak And Dash mare trained by Salvador Soto. Sensational Dash is two-for-two at the 870 distance during the current Sunland meet, both against claiming company.
Sensational Dash will be ridden by Esgar Ramirez from post 6.
The winner of this race will earn a berth in the $100,000-added Red Cell Distance Challenge Championship (G1) in October. The complete lineup, in post position order including jockey assignments and morning-line odds--

- Executive Trust (Ry Eikleberry), 2-1
- Prince Bac (L. Salvador Martinez), 10-1
