Stakes Winner Jess A Rogue Draws Post 9 for Hialeah’s Sparkling Tip Bonus Challenge

HIALEAH, FL—FEBRUARY 17, 2015—Triple M Farms’ Jess A Rogue, a daughter of Heza Fast Dash trained by Judd Kearl, will make her next start in Sunday’s 300-yard, $20,000 Sparkling Tip Bonus Challenge Stakes for 3-year-olds at Hialeah Park.

Jess A Rogue is coming off of a neck victory in the 250-yard, $25,000 Biscayne Stakes at Hialeah on February 1. The filly has earned $67,147 from six starts, and her three wins include a nose score in last year’s $84,000 Old South Futurity at Delta Downs.

Rodrigo Vallejo will ride Jess A Rogue from post 9 in the Sparkling Tip Bonus Challenge.

Other contenders include Hayjay, a gelded son of Ivory James racing for Rancho Los Dos Potrillos from the barn of trainer Anna Marie Crowson. Hayjay has banked $50.602 from eight outs, and his record includes a second-place finish to Toshi Yoshi in last year’s 330-yard, $75,000 Cherry Creek Futurity (R) for Colorado-breds at Arapahoe Park near Denver.

Hayjay drew post 5 and will be ridden by Alex Baldillez Jr.

The Sparkling Tip Bonus Challenge Stakes is restricted to 3-year-olds who are enrolled in the American Quarter Horse Association’s Bank of America Racing Challenge program. The complete lineup, in post position order including jockey assignments--
