RUIDOSO, NM—JULY 23, 2021—StallioneSearch.com continues its webcast coverage the "Ruidoso Rainbow Weekend" with previews of the top qualifiers for the $1,000,000 Grade 1 Rainbow Futurity, $678,253 Grade 1 Rainbow Derby and the $374,00 Rainbow Oaks from Ruidoso Downs, New Mexico.

On this episode, StallioneSearch.com's Greg Thompson talks with trainer John Stinebaugh about the two fastest qualifiers to Sunday's $1-million Rainbow Futurity(G1), Candy Dice and Jess Savin Candy, both from the Stinebaugh Stable.

Stinebaugh saddled Jess Savin Candy to victory in the June 13th Grade 1 Ruidoso Futurity for owner Dutch Masters, III. Glenda Bass' Candy Dice broke her maiden on day 2 to get the fastest over all time in the trials. Both juveniles are by leading second-crop sire Jess Good Candy.

A win on Sunday by Jess Savin Candy would set him up to take the next step at becoming only the second 2-year-old in history to win the Ruidoso Triple Crown. Special Effort, the only 2-year-old Triple Crown winner ever, took the three races 40-years-ago in 1981.
