Dr. Blodgett, Perfect Performance To Lead All American Post Parade
Dr. Glenn Blodgett will aboard 2012 Road to the Horse Challenge winner Perfect Performance on Monday when he leads the post parade for the $3 million All American Futurity(G1) at Ruidoso Downs.

Dr. Blodgett, Perfect Performance To Lead All American Post Parade

RUIDOSO DOWNS, NM—SEPTEMBER 2, 2014—Dr. Glenn Blodgett, president of the American Quarter Horse Association, will be riding a 2008 gray gelding named Perfect Performance in the post parade for the Grade 1, $3 million All American Futurity on Labor Day.

Perfect Performance was bred and raised by the Four Sixes Ranch and won the 2012 Road to the Horse Challenge, the world championship of colt starting, while being ridden by Chris Cox.

The son of Sixes Pick is out Best Performance, by Special Effort. Special Effort was the only Triple Crown winning two-year-old in the history of the breed. He won the 1981 Kansas Futurity (now Ruidoso), Rainbow Futurity and All American Futurity at Ruidoso Downs.

Blodgett is the horse division manager of the Four Sixes Ranch. Perfect Performance will be offered at the Return To The Remuda Sale at the Four Sixes on October 9-10.
