Bos Time Machine Looks To Turn Back The Clock On Saturday Night

LOS ALAMITOS, CA—SEPTEMBER 17, 2020—Dee and Gary Hoovestal’s Grade 1 stakes winner Bos Time Machine will look to repeat his victory in the $15,000 Catchmeinyourdreams Stakes when he faces a star-studded field in the 330-yard dash on Saturday at Los Alamitos.

To be ridden by Jesus Rios Ayala for trainer Paul Jones, Bos Time Machine will be making his first start since posting a 12-1 upset victory in the (GI) Brad McKinzie Los Alamitos Winter Championship on February 9.

The win earned the Bodacious Dash gelding a provisional berth in this year’s Champion of Champions while also establishing the 4-year-old as a star on the rise. Bos Time Machine’s first ever stakes win came in last year’s Catchmeinyourdreams when he flew late to catch his rivals at 350 yards.

He would then win the Sgt Pepper Feature Handicap on August 31 while also adding a runner-up finish in the Town Policy. He will start from post number four in his return bow.

Walker Family Trust’s Zoomin For Spuds could be the one to beat after his stellar third place finish in the (GI) Go Man Go Handicap on August 30. The 7-year-old superstar was making his 2020 debut and it was a tremendous one as he is facing a razor-sharp field that included Powerful Favorite and Spencer Childers Handicap winner Bail Czech.

Chris O’Dell, who trained the champion Catchmeinyourdreams, would love to win the race name after his equine friend. He will saddle multiple stakes winner Tac Me Up with that hope in mind.

Stakes winners Kissed By An Eagle and Golden Boy Gonza will complete the field.
