ROCK SPRINGS, WY—AUGUST 31, 2015—Aron Saenz’s Timeless Hope is one of 20 two-year-olds entered in Friday’s 300-yard I-80 Futurity trials at Sweetwater Downs.

A California-bred daughter of the Hennessy (TB) stallion Masters Call trained by Diana Garfias, Timeless Hope has won two of three starts and has earned $9,459. The filly was a finalist in the 350-yard, $172,000 Bitterroot Futurity (R) at Les Bois Park on the Fourth of July.

Timeless Hope will be ridden by Jesus Valenzuela from post 3 in the second of three trials.

Saenz and Garfias will also be represented by Favorite Hat, a son of Favorite Cartel who will be ridden by Oscar Cervantes from post 2 in the first heat. The colt has banked $8,835 from five outs, and his resume includes a second-place finish to BF Fooserageous in the May 13, $22,833 South Valley Futurity at Laurel Brown Racetrack near Salt Lake City.

The fastest qualifiers from Friday’s trials will meet in the $10,000-added I-80 Futurity final at the Central Wyoming Fair meet at Casper on September 19.
