MILES CITY, MT—MAY 16, 2021—Under jockey David Jimenez, third fastest qualifier Lady White Sox closed fast to get up over stablemate Yo Fifty Tangerys by a neck in the $20,500 BHS QH Open Futurity Sunday afternoon at Miles City.

Saddled by trainer Jesse Villegas, Lady White Sox completed the 250 yards in :13.921 seconds to earn $10,250 for her effort.

Racing for owner-breeder Runnin Horse Dot Com, the daughter Adashofjess went off as the post time favorite and returned $7.40 to win. The gray filly, out of Dream Hopper by Legendary Dreamer, was second in her career debut, a trial for the BHS Futurity on May 1st.

Runner-up Yo Fifty Tanqerys earned $4,715 for finishing second. Also trained by Villegas, the daughter of FIftyshadezofgrey races for owner-breeder Gerald F. Kaul. Evan Herman had the riding call aboard the brown filly out of Tanqery Dash by Brindis Por Cayenne. She won her trial and entered the race with the fourth fastest qualifying time.

Steve Leonard's Favorite Rambler finished half-a-length back to earn $2,665 for third. Mallory Norton trains the son of Ima Ramblin On from the Favorite Cartel mare Favorite Dip Chick. Jockey Joseph BirdRattler had the riding call aboard the Randal Schwartz North Dakota bred.

Eyesa Special Swirl, Mooner, Chicks Classic Dash, Yo Brindis Delite and Eyesa Special Gidget completed the field.
