AQHA Walk-In Service Temporarily Suspended

AMERICAN QUARTER HORSE ASSOCATION—MARCH 19, 2020—AQHA will temporarily close to walk-in customers to protect the health and safety of AQHA customers, staff and the local community.

AQHA Headquarters will be closed to walk-in customers beginning Thursday, March 19. In Amarillo, customers can utilize the drop box located in front of the AQHA Headquarters building, at the bottom of the steps near the bronze statue of Wimpy P-1 to drop off their work during this time.

Due to the state of emergency declared in Oklahoma City, the AQHA Service Center at Heritage Place is closed effective immediately and will not be accepting in-person appointments until further notice. If customers have an appointment scheduled and have not been notified directly, they can contact okc@aqha.org.

Our most important consideration in this decision is the health and well-being of our staff, customers and the local communities. As always, our Member Experience Team is available to assist customers with their AQHA business over the phone or by email. Customers can also sign into their account on AQHA.com to complete a variety of business items – pay an invoice, check pending work and more.

We appreciate the understanding of our customers during this unprecedented time and look forward to helping our customers!
