LOS ALAMITOS, CA—DECEMBER 13, 2018— Golden State Million Futurity(G1) winner Flash And Roll drew the 4 post for Sunday's $1.8 million dollar Los Alamitos Two Million Futurity(G1) at Los Alamitos Race Course. Oddsmaker Ed Burgart installed the royally-bred filly as the 2-1 morning-line favorite.

Justin Joiner conditions the daughter of champion-and-champion sire First Moonflash and Stylish Jess BR, by Feature Mr Jess, for owner Scott Bryant.

Bryant paid $200,000 for the filly from the Juliana Hawn Holt consignment during the 2017 Ruidoso Select Sale. The filly's dam was a four-time Grade 1 winner at Los Alamitos, to include the Charger Bar-twice, AQHA Distaff Challenge Championship and Mildred N. Vessels Memorial Handicap.

Flash N Roll has compiled a (6) 5-0-0 record this season and banked $442,455. Her only loss this season was a troubled seventh place finish in the Grade 1 $1 million-dollar Ruidoso Futurity. Champion jockey G.R. Carter, Jr. is expected to ride.

Ali Babe Foose, a minor stakes winner and two-time Grade 1 qualifier, will start from post 2 for owner Cesar J. Dabdoub and veteran Los Alamitos trainer Jamie Gomez. The royally-bred Foose colt, as the second choice at 7-2 in the morning-line, was the last horse to select a starting position.

Ali Babe Foose, a $53,000 Ruidoso Select Yearling graduates (sold under the name Karl Strauss), has won or placed in six of nine starts this season while winning the Ed Burke Juvenile and qualifying to the Golden State Million Futurity(G1) and PCQHRA Breeders' Futurity(G2). He has earned $96,420.

Bred in California Steve D. Burns, DVM, Ali Babe Foose is from the Grade 1-placed Strawfly Special mare Babe On The Fly. She is the dam of 23 winners, 12 black type including Ruidoso Derby(G1) winner Rock You SI 102 and Golden State Million Futurity(G1) winner Little Talks SI 94.

Gomez, who has won the Los Alamitos Two Million Futurity twice, including last year with J Fire Up, will also saddle the 15-1 runner Dexter from the inside post position #1.
