OKLAHOMA CITY, OK—SEPTEMBER 16, 2013—Heritage Place will kick off it's 36th Annual September Quarter Horse Yearling Sale Thursday at the Heritage Place Sales Pavilion in Oklahoma City. Eight hundred forty-one yearlings have been cataloged for the three-day event, September 18 – 20.

"We are extremely excited about this year’s sale. The catalog is very strong and some of the best horses and breeders from throughout the country will be on hand for the sale this week," Spence Kidney, Heritage Place General Manager said on Tuesday.

Heritage Place and AQHA will co-host the annual Pre-Sale Party on Wednesday (September 17) from 5 to 7 p.m. (CDT). The public is invited to attend.

The sale will begin promptly at 10:00 am with hips 1 through 280. Friday's session featured hips 281 through 560 and Saturday's session includes hips 561 through 841. The auction also starts promptly at 10:00 am on Friday and Saturday.

Immediately following Friday's session the Oklahoma Quarter Horse Racing Association (OQHRA) will host a horseman's reception in the Heritage Place Restaurant and Club.

The Heritage Place September Yearling Sale Catalog is also available through the new RGP Catalog App, an innovative, electronic exploration and organizational tool for equine auction catalogs that offers a simple interactive experience. Designed with a straight-forward, easy-to-use interface, the RGP Catalog App is constructed to augment the way buyers use traditional sale catalogs, while adding functionality that expedites locating and organizing potential purchases. Page annotations and highlights are as simple to use as drawing directly on the catalog page with your finger. Furthermore, annotated and highlighted pages are quickly accessible through the search feature by annotation type or color.

The free app can be downloaded from www.robinglenn.com or by searching for “RGP Catalog App” in the Apple App Store. Currently the app is available only for an iPad 2 and above. Android tablet and phone releases are in active development.

Complete sales results can found in the Auction Leaders section of StallioneSearch.com following each session.
