SOUTH JORDAN, UT—AUGUST 22, 2014—UQHA announced today the catalog for their upcoming Utah Quarter Horse Fall Sales is now available on line. The annual sale will feature 73 head this year will be held Saturday, September 13 at the Salt Lake County Equestrian Park and Event Center in South Jordan, Utah.

A country breakfast will be served at 10:00 a.m. (MDT) prior to the sale. A preview will held at 11:00 a.m. and the first hip will enter the ring at 1:00 p.m.

Many of the yearlings offered are eligible for the $55,000-est. 2015 Beehive Futurity.

"We are very excited about the sale as with Idaho and Wyoming's historical racing machines doing so well, things are really looking up in the intermountain area," UQHA Race Division secretary Jeannie Hullinger said. "Plus our own races at Laurel Brown Track in South Jordan (Utah) were up this year, in four days of racing we ran for over $183,000," she added.
