RIO GRANDE CITY, TX—JANUARY 2, 2017—Graded stakes winner and sire Pool SI 107 will stand the 2017 season at Hinojosa Farms near Rio Grande City, Texas. His fee will remain $2,000. He is owned by the Legacy Partnership.

From a limited number of starters in five crops to race, the son of leading sire Shazoom has sired 46 winners, 3 stakes horses with earnings of more than $705,000 and average earnings per starter of over $10,000.

He is the sire of 2016 Grade 2 James Isaac Hobbs Stakes winner Toshi Yoshi SI 106 (7 wins to 4, $166,579). Toshi Yoshi also won the American Flyer Stakes, Cherry Creek Futurity, Lucille Rowe Derby and was second in the Mile High Futurity and Mile High Derby.

Pool's dam is the Grade 3 Dashing Val mare Scared SI 106 ($107,195), winner the Rheudasil Handicap(G3) and Texas Distaff Challenge. She is the dam of 11 ROM, 8 winners including Grade 2 winner Pool SI 107 (see above), stakes-placed Coker James SI 99 ($46,670), RG1-finalist Ascaredchic SI 99 ($31,420), etc.

Scared is the granddam of stakes winner Oak Tree Chic SI 99 ($56,169), Dark Ivory Storm SI 105 ($48,824), and stakes-placed Just A Little Wagon ($30,189 at 2, 2016), etc.
