PHOENIX, AZ-NOVEMBER 11, 2018-Rock On Dynasty, under jockey Juan Ramirez, drew clear then held well to defeat Gonamakeureyesblack by half-a-length in the $9,800 Turf Paradise Maiden Stakes (not black type) Sunday afternoon.

Conditioned by trainer Benito Vega, Rock On Dynasty completed the 350 yards in :18.161 seconds into a 13 mph headwind. It was the second win in 13 career starts for the son of world champion sire FDD Dynasty. He came into today's final off the fastest qualifying time from the October 28th trials.

Rock On Dynasty races for owner Carmela Garcia. Bred in Oklahoma by Reed Land & Cattle Co, LLC, from the Shazoom mare Rock N Zoom, the sorrel gelding earned $5,772 to boost his earnings mark to $14,164. Rock On Dynasty was finalist in the AQRA Turf Paradise Derby last year.

Runner-up Gonamakeureyesblack races for owner-breeder and trainer Eloy Mendoza. Jose Arriloa-Serrano had the riding assignment aboard the Gonamakeyoureyesblue gelding out of Hawaii Calls by Willie Wanta Dash. The 3-year-old earned $1,862 for his effort.

Beautiful Return, a daughter of High Rate Of Return, finished three-quarters back to pickup $931. Omar Cruz trains the Oklahoma-bred out of Beautiful World by Agouti for owner Cesar Moreno. Emilio Tapia has the riding call aboard the Connie Nobles bred filly.

No Deal, A Mere Cartel, Dashingtexas, Heez Royal, Kool Kat, Day Dreamer and Manofmany completed the field.
