SUNLAND PARK, NM—JANUARY 18, 2015—Under jockey Alonso Rivera Downwithquickenss drove to a neck win over Zoomin Away in the $50,000 KOFX-Radio Handicap Sunday afternoon at Sunland Park Racetrack & Casino. Pajarita Sita finished a neck behind the leaders to take the show position.

Ridden by jockey Alonso Rivera, the Be Real Quick 4-year-old completed the 350 yards in :17.070 seconds to earn a 95 speed index. The $30,000 winner's purse boosted his career total to $135,997.

Trainer Willie Padilla conditions the homebred for owner/breeder Terry Smith. Downwithquickness is out of the Lanes Leinster mare One Desperate Lady.

Zoomin Away earned $11, 000 for owner 21 Partnership. Gene Burden saddled the Azoom 7-year-old out of Elegant Dasher, by First Down Dash. Bred in Texas by Gene Voss, the mare has earned $138,239. Larry Gamez was riding.

Burden also trains Pajarita Sita for 21 Partnership,, a 5-year-old Pappasito mare. Tanner Thedford was aboard the multiple stakes winner out of Mongoose Jet Eye, by Mr Eye Opener. Bred in Oklahoma by Mackie Racing, LLC, the brown mare picked up $5,000 to roll her earnings mark to $167,806.

Completing the field were Mackies Wagon, Mr Jess Runner, Tf Featured Effort, Feature Mr Lucky, Captain Strawfly, Streak Hitter and Dm Streakn Thru Fire.
