Fastest Qualifier Maximo II Headlines $34,150 Far West Futurity

GRANTS PASS, OR—OCTOBER 11, 2019—Eight 2-year-olds, topped by fastest qualifier Maximo II, are entered in Sunday’s 350-yard, $34,150 Far West Futurity at Grants Pass Downs.
Trained by Jose A. Rosales Gomez for owner Uriel L. Arreola, Maximo II is coming off of a 1 1/4-length victory in the second of two trials on September 22. The Idaho-bred Concorde’s Appeal (TB) gelding has earned $25,857 from eight starts, and his five wins include the 300-yard, $25,800 Oneida County Fair Futurity on August 11.
Maximo II drew post 5 and will be ridden by J.L. Torres.
