AMERICAN QUARTER HORSE ASSOCIATION—OCTOBER 26, 2016—American Quarter Horse Association, October 26, 2016 - Saturday's Bank of America Racing Challenge Championships at Los Alamitos could have a major say in upcoming polls, but voters in this week's AQHA Racing-Horseplayernow.com National Rankings made no significant changes to the pecking order heading into the big event.

Heza Dasha Fire remained the top-ranked older horse in the game, with a narrow 100-98 edge in the balloting over EC Jet One. Jess Good Candy looms third with 94 points this week. Expect AJs High, No. 6 this week, to make a case for ascension as one of the favorites in Saturday's Challenge Championship headliner.

There were no changes to the Top 10 rankings for the 2-year-olds this week. All American Futurity (G1) winner Imperial Eagle remains a near-unanimous choice at the top, with 109 of 110 possible points in the balloting. A Revenant remains a clear-cut No. 2 in the rankings.
