LEXINGTON, KY—AUGUST 31, 2016—AQHA chief racing officer Janet Van Bebber will be the keynote speaker at the Race Track Chaplaincy of America's White Horse Award Luncheon, which will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Arcadia, California, on November 3.
Ms. Van Bebber is the former owner of Van Bebber Racing Stables, where she trained several graded stakes winners, including world champion Tailor Fit. In 2011, she became the first female trainer to top the 1,000-win mark, and she is a past recipient of the AQHA's Mildred N. Vessels Special Achievement Award, which recognizes achievement in Quarter Horse racing.
In her role as AQHA chief racing officer, Ms. Van Bebber is responsible for overseeing the organization's racing department and developing new programs.
Tickets for the White Horse Award Luncheon are priced at $125 per person for $850 for a table of eight. The luncheon will also feature live music and a live and silent auction.
