OKLAHOMA CITY, OK—APRIL 20, 2015—All horseplayers and handicappers, be part of history as Remington Park hosts its first ‘real money’ bankroll contest on Saturday, April 25!

The Fortunes Handicapping Contest will be held in the Fortunes Terrace just off the Casino floor, overlooking the Remington Park homestretch. The contest will carry a minimum prize pool of $5,000. The Grand Prize winner will receive 60% of the prize pool; 2nd-place will receive 20%; 3rd-place 10%; 4th-place 6% and 5th-place 4%. Those finishing in positions sixth thru 10th will receive $100 each.

Registration for the inaugural Fortunes Handicapping Contest remains open through the close of business on Thursday, April 23. The entry fee is $150.

The Fortunes Handicapping Contest will challenge all contestants to make $10 worth of wagers on the final 10 races of the program on Saturday, April 25. Contestants must place at least one Win wager per race out of their $10 allotment. After that, the contestants may make Place, Show, Exacta or Trifecta wagers, as long as they do not go over the $10 limit for a contest race.

All contest wagers MUST be made with the live mutuel teller in the Fortunes Terrace.

Following Remington Park race 12 on April 25, the contestant with the highest bankroll will be declared the contest winner. Contestants will have exclusive access to the Fortunes Terrace as well as a buffet provided by the Bricktown Brewery. Remington Park Live programs will be provided in the Fortunes Handicapping Contest player packet.

The Remington Park American Quarter Horse Season continues thru May 30.
