GRAND PRAIRIE, TX—NOVEMBER 17, 2020—Nine state-bred runners, headed by champion Trump My Record and Jordan Eagle, are entered in Saturday’s 400-yard, $100,000 B.F. Phillips Jr. Stakes (RG3) at Lone Star Park.

A 4-year-old One Famous Eagle stallion trained by Alonso Neri for owner Javier Rosique, Jordan Eagle is coming off of a third-place finish, a half of a length behind winner Valiant Tiberias, in the 440-yard, $200,000 Refrigerator Stakes (G1) at Lone Star Park on October 25. Jordan Eagle has earned $69,626 from four races this season, and he scored a 1 1/4-length victory as the 6-5 favorite in the 400-yard, $65,000 TQHA Classic Stakes (RG3) at Retama Park in July.

Jordan Eagle drew the rail post and will be ridden by Rodrigo Vallejo.

Trump My Record races for Gilbert Pacheco III from the barn of trainer Jose Luis Sanchez III. Last year’s champion 2-year-old gelding, the son of Apollitical Blood has earned $915,068 from 15 races, and he can push his bankroll over the $1-million mark with a win in the B.F. Phillips Jr.

Trump My Record drew post 2 and will be ridden by Eddie Sanchez.
