GRAND PRAIRIE, TX—OCTOBER 12, 2020—Edgar Rosales’ SS Classyjess will risk her win streak from post 12 in Saturday’s 400-yard, $100,000 Yellow Rose of Texas Stakes (R) for state-bred fillies and mares at Lone Star Park.

A 4-year-old daughter of Rock Solid Jess trained by Jose Carrizales, SS Classyjess has won her last three races, all against Texas-bred stakes company. The gray mare will be stretching out in distance off of her nose victory in the 350-yard, $100,000 Nevill Stakes (R) at Lone Star Park on September 19.

SS Classyjess has earned $132,350 from seven outs this season. Juan I. Garcia will ride the mare in the inaugural Yellow Rose of Texas Stakes.
