Heritage Place September Yearling Sale Continues Momentum

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK—SEPTEMBER 20, 2019—Heritage Place's September Yearling Sale continued its momentum into the closing session today (Friday), which saw two additional six-figure transactions.

"We had a big finish to the Yearling Sale today," Heritage Place General Manager Spence Kidney said Friday evening. "The last session averaged $22,581 which is 10% higher than yesterday’s average. Overall the sale finished with an increase of 18% compared to last year."

Heritage Place reported the 543 sold horses grossed $11,581,600 at the two-day sale, for an average price of $21,329 and a $15,500 median. The 69 head that went unsold represented an RNA rate of 11%. Ten horses sold for $90,000 and above.
