Remington Park Cards Another Training Day Thursday

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK—FEBRUARY 22, 2017—Schooling races continue again on Thursday at Remington Park. The Oklahoma City racetrack has scheduled 11 races with nine for 2-year-old American Quarter Horse, Paints and Appaloosas.

First post is set for 11:00 a.m. (CST) and all races will be contested over 250 yards. The public is invited to attend.

Thursday's top yearling sale graduate will race in the seventh for owner Paragon Farms and trainer Trey Wood. Mr Eagle Sixes, a $34,000 TQHA Yearling Sale graduate, is by leading sire One Famous Eagle from the Mr Eye Opener mare Eye For The Sixes. The sorrel colt is a half-brother to Golden State Million Futurity(G1) winner Eye For Corona.

Horsemen and women who cannot attend the schooling races may go to www.oqhra.com and watch the races under the "Racing-Training Races" tab. A replay of the race should be available to view within 3-5 minutes following each training race.

This should be available to users on their desktop, laptop or mobile applications. OQHRA officials said it may take a few minutes longer for the first race of the day to upload, but once the link has been established they will roll up after each race.

Training results will be posted on StallioneSearch.com and the OQHRA website as soon as they become available Thursday afternoon.
