AJAX, ONTARIO—JUNE 30, 2015—Jesskissmytexas, a 5-year-old son of the Mr Jess Perry stallion Mr Jess Tex and the fastest qualifier, will put his four-race win streak on the line in the 330-yard, $52,500 Ontario Sires Stakes Maturity (R) at Ajax Downs on Wednesday.
Jesskissmytexas races for Richard Wincikaby and the DK Training Centre from the barn of trainer Kim Ito. The gray gelding made his season debut with a one-length victory in the second of two trials on June 14.
An earner of $112,666 from 14 outs, Jesskissmytexas has won eight races, and his current streak includes a 1 1/2-length victory in last year’s $53,000 Ontario Sires Stakes Maturity. The gelding drew post 3 and will be ridden by Brian Bell.
