Challenge Flashback— All About Larry

QUARTER RACING JOURNAL—OCTOBER 10, 2017—The 2007 gelding All About Larry was a winner at traditional American Quarter Horse racing distances, but he became a true star when he came out at 870 yards.

The gelded son of Heza Motor Scooter and out of the Shoot Yeah mare Come Hell Or Hiwater, bred by Las Vegas Ranch of Prescott, Arizona, was campaigned by Diane Heath of Cochise, Arizona.

He won or placed in 16 of 24 starts, including nine of 12 distance starts. He would earn $191,464 in his career and won five stakes, including the 2012 Red Cell Distance Challenge Championship (G1) at Prairie Meadows. He was the sport's champion distance horse that year.
