Heza Fast Dash Clears $30 Million Mark In Progeny Earnings

BREAUX BRIDGE, LA—DECEMBER 11, 2018—Leading Sire Heza Fast Dash reached a significant milestone last week when he sired two Louisiana Champions Day winners and finished third in the Champions Day QH Classic race at Fair Grounds Race Course in New Orleans.

The Champions Day races helped push the career earnings of the Robicheaux Ranch stallions' progeny past the $30 million mark, a milestone achieved with 13 crops to race, landing him as the #8 All-Time Sire of Money Earnings behind First Down Dash, Corona Cartel, Mr Jess Perry, Dash For Cash, Chicks Beduino, Walk Thru Fire and Pyc Paint Your Wagon.

Heza Fast Dash set a personal progeny earnings record of more than $3.7 million in 2013 when he was the #1 Leading Sire of QH Money Earners in the US.

A perennial top five stallion over the last 10 years, he is currently #5 Leading Sire of Money Earners for 2018 with $3,041,607 to date. He is the #3 Leading Two-Year-Old Sire of Money Earners for 2018 with $1,708,331 to date, led by Heritage Place Futurity(G1) winner Sunnysyde ($434,961).

"Heza Fast Dash is no stranger to remarkable achievements whether it's on the racetrack or in the sale ring," said Robicheaux Ranch Farm Manager, Ryan Robicheaux, whose ranch has managed the entire breeding career of the syndicate-owned son of Heza Fast Man from the Dash For Cash mare First Prize Dash. "Heza Fast Dash is coming off a year when his yearlings averaged $22,530 making him the #1 sale sire in Louisiana."

When you consider the crops that are still in the pipeline, its obvious that crossing the $30 million mark in progeny earnings is going to be another footnote in Heza Fast Dash's incredible career.

As a syndicated stallion he has bred around only 90 mares a year, which makes his accomplishments even more spectacular. He has sired 548 winners (71%), 107 stakes horses (14%) and average earnings per starter in excess of $39,200.

Heza Fast Dash will stand for a 2019 advertised fee of $6,000. For additional information or breeding contracts contact Ryan Robicheaux, Farm Manager, at 337-845-5130.
