EVANSTON, WY—JULY 30, 2016—Odds on favorite Tdm Big Shooter returned to Wyoming Downs today to win the $22,400 Wyoming Bred Derby by a neck over Barley A Secret.

After reviewing the race replay, the track stewards moved Barley A Secret, who lugged in, to seventh place for interference. Ccb First Flyin Fool was moved to second and Tosty Dash to third.

Ridden by Oscar Cervantes, Tdm Big Shooter completed the 350-yard task in a quick :17.508 seconds to earn a 102-speed index. Trainer Steve Morgan saddled the Coronas Velvet gelding to his fifth win in 10 career starts. The $7,840 winner's purse boosted his career total to $24,454.

Owned by Tyson Morgan, Tdm Big Shooter is out of the Mr Eye Opener mare Tru Socialite. Mike Lipp is the breeder.

Ccb First Flyin Fool races for owner/breeder Chelsa Bringhurst. Travis Offret conditions the Fit To Fly gelding out of Janeys First, by Crashin Man. Tyson Lusk was up to earn $3,584.

Kasey Carden's homebred Tosty Dash picked up $2,240. Alvaro Torres trains the Tempting Dash colt with Jesus Canales riding. The sorrel colt is out of Tostarita, by Toast To Dash.

Completing the official order of finish were Cd Jack Daniel Proud, Tempting Futuro, Nowshezalady, Barley A Secret, Cj Cashin Cartel, Jes Zoomin Girl and Nowtoastthelady.
