Torres Triples On Sunday At Remington Park

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK—MARCH 22, 2015—Jockey Jorge Torres had struggled through the first 10 dates of racing in the 2015 Remington Park American Quarter Horse & Mixed-breed Season. Sunday afternoon, he found his stride as he rode three winners to post a triple.

The Torres hat trick started in race one as he triumphed aboard the 2-year-old Paint filly Dashin Miss Judy ($52.60 to win). He won the third race on the card aboard the 2-year-old Paint colt Bull ($15.60). Both Dashin Miss Judy and Bull were first-time starters.

Torres completed his triple in the sixth race on first-time starter Kokko Wagon ($20).

The three-win day for Torres gives him four victories on the season.
