Chilitos Is a Double Registered AQHA/APHA Stallion

WYNNEWOOD, OK–FEBRUARY 5, 2024–Its' Official!! Chilitos, a Grade 2 Quarter Horse stakes winner of $437,909, is now a double registered AQHA/APHA stallion. He stands at Dunn Ranch in Wynnewood, Oklahoma.

All Chilitos foals (2022, 2023 and 2024) out of AQHA mares are now eligible for registration with  APHA.

Once registered with APHA, all 2022 foals are stakes eligible for APHA stakes races.

Racing for owners Anna and Omar Parades, the Oklahoma homebred won the Dash For Cash Futurity(G2), was second in the Texas Classic Futurity(G1) and Southwest Juvenile Invitational Championship(G2). He was also a finalist in the Remington Park Oklahoma-Bred Derby(G2).

Chilitos first crop will race this year.

The APHA stakes requirements of having a regular registered parent in the first and second generation are now met with Chilitos in the first generation and Apollitical Jess (APHA regular registry) in the second generation.  

Breed your AQHA mare to Chilitos in 2024 and your resulting foal can be registered with both AQHA and APHA and your APHA foal will be eligible for all APHA stakes races.

Chilitos has now been enrolled in the Paint Stallion Breeders Association.  The 2025 foals from the 2024 breeding season will be available to compete in the 2027 American Paint Classic Futurity and the 2028 American Paint Derby.
